Pre-Construction Meeting

Before construction begins we guide you through the entire building process, set out timetables for construction and answer any questions you might have.

Frame Walkthrough

Done after framing and insulation are finished and just before drywall is setup. Your site-manager will give you a guided tour, letting you inspect the inner workings of your new home. You'll be able to see the quality components and verify any optional features you may have selected.

Quality Assurance Inspection

Prior to the final walk-through Sierra Homes conducts our inspection of all the different systems and elements in your home. We'll mark anything that requires repair or touchup and thoroughly clean the home prior to the final walk-through.

Final-Walkthrough

Once your home is finished your Sierra Homes site manager will take you on a room by room tour of your new home. We'll go through the quality components and operating procedures of everything in the home and discuss our service procedures.

30 Day Check In

Once you've had a chance to settle in, we'll check back by phone or visit to ensure your satisfaction with everything in your home.

3-Month Follow Up

A scheduled service check to make sure of continued satisfaction.

6-Month Follow Up

We'll check for any required home warranty repairs or touch-ups, discuss any issues and answer questions you might have.
